Mayor Cramer was first elected Mayor in
November of 2009 and sworn in on January
4th, 2010.
Mr. Cramer's previous public service includes
serving as 3rd Ward Councilman from
September 2005 until his installation as
Mayor. During his time on Borough Council
Mr. Cramer served as Council Vice-President
and served as the Public Safety Chairman.
Mr. Cramer is currently the Borough's
delegate to the Dauphin County Tax
Collection Committee, serves as a Director

for the Capital Tax Collection Bureau, and is the Treasurer of the
Dauphin/Lebanon Boroughs Association.
Mr. Cramer is a 1977 Graduate of Chief Logan High School in
Lewistown PA. He has been employed by Dauphin County since 1989
where he serves as a Lieutenant at the Dauphin County Prison. Mr.
Cramer has completed several courses on local government offered by
the State Association of Boroughs and the State Association of
Township Supervisors.
Mr. Cramer has resided in Penbrook since 1993. He is married to
Denise Troup Cramer and together they have four children, three
grandchildren, and are expecting another grandchild in April 2010. Mr.
Cramer attends Grace Church in Penbrook where he serves as a Lay
Speaker and member of the Staff Parish Relations Committee.
