The Borough of Penbrook assesses an annual Per Capita Tax
of $5.00 and an Occupational Tax of $10 for all Borough
residents over the age of 18.
Residents will receive a notice of the tax from the Borough each year in February. You may either pay your tax by mail or in person at the Borough Office at 150 South 28th Street, Harrisburg, PA 17103.
For your convenience a drop box is available on the Canby Street side of the Borough Building for after hours payments.
If you desire a receipt, enclose a self addressed, stamped envelope with your payment coupon.
We do not accept online payments of personal taxes at this time.
2010 Tax Discount Schedule:
2% Discount for taxes paid in February or March ($14.70)
Flat Amount for taxes paid in April or May ($15.00)
5% Penalty for taxes paid after May ($15.75)
Unpaid taxes will be turned over for delinquent collection after 12/31/2010.
